Internal Screens
Hinged Screens
Our simplest flyscreens are hinged. The screen swings inward, the window is opened outward and then the screen is closed. Where the window type is UPVC and the window handle would interfere with the flyscreen, we will mount the screen on a subframe.
Sliding Screens
Where a larger window needs to be screened, or the window has multiple sashes, we will fit our sliding screen system. The screens slide open in the frame channels, the window is opened out and the screen closed.
Chain Driven Screens
For the ultimate in simplicity we can fit our chain winder system where the window handle is removed, the screen remains in place at all times and the chain driven winder opens and closes the window with a few turns. The system is lockable.
High Level Screens
We also specialise in high level screens with a flexi-con operating system. These flyscreens are internally mounted on windows which are more than two metres above floor level. The screens remain in place at all times and the window is opened via a chain driven system with a wall mounted worm drive discreetly concealed in a plastic conduit. The small roller handle is mounted lower down the wall and is easily operated.
Roller Screen
Our new Ventalite roller screen is fitted permanently to the window. The screen is rolled up, the window opened and the screen pulled down to close. Available in standard mesh only.
